Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
As soon as we receive your payment, your order is forwarded to our fulfilment centre for immediate processing.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping – Free
Always free for you. Delivery time: 5–8 business days.
Insured Premium Shipping – £2.99
Your order is fully insured against theft, loss, or damage. Delivery time: 4–6 business days.
Premium Shipping + Priority Handling – £4.99
All the benefits of Premium Shipping plus priority processing (“Skip the Line”). Delivery time: 4–6 business days.
Estimated delivery time starts on the day your order is shipped.
Delivery Timeframes
Please note there are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
If your order contains items with different delivery times, we will ship them in separate parcels, unless otherwise agreed. In that case, the overall delivery timeframe is determined by the individual items.
Delivery to Packstations / Postnummern is currently not possible.

Delayed or Lost Orders
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address when placing your order. We cannot assume responsibility for missing parcels sent to an incorrect address or delivered as requested to a neighbour or adjacent building.
Any discrepancies concerning missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing by email at info@hikecare.co.uk
.
Refunds or replacements for lost items can only be issued 14 business days after the shipping date, at which point the carrier classifies the items as lost.
“Delivered” but Not Received
This can occur with deliveries to workplaces. In some cases, your parcel may have been delivered to a mailroom or colleague within your company and signed for by someone else.
In such cases, you can request proof of delivery on the carrier’s website by submitting a signature request form.
Please note that we cannot refund or replace shipments that are marked as delivered. We therefore recommend choosing a secure delivery address.
Why Was My Order Cancelled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, it was likely flagged by our fraud filter.
If you believe this is an error, please ensure your billing address matches the address linked to your payment method, then try checking out again.
Alternatively, place a new order using a PayPal account. If you don’t have one, you can sign up easily at www.paypal.com
Additional Costs
Please note that we are not responsible for paying customs duties, import taxes, or fees on returns. You are responsible for all costs associated with returning your order.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method or obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot refund lost returns.
