Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return period, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return by mail.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the warehouse return address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: we do not cover return shipping costs. Our company voluntarily offers a 14-day return period.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
This allows us to assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel their order before the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier and before a tracking number is issued, but no later than 24 hours after placing the order, whichever occurs first.
If the order has already been processed or shipped before this time, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
Goods made to order or clearly customized for personal preferences
Goods that can spoil quickly or have expired
Alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at purchase but which can only be delivered 30 days later and are subject to market fluctuations
Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (except subscriptions)
The right of withdrawal expires early for:
Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened
Goods that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
Sealed audio, video, or software products once the seal has been broken
Restocking and Return Fees
There are no restocking fees.
We ship your items free of charge, but we do not offer free returns.
If a customer orders the wrong product, the wrong size, or simply no longer wants the item:
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
If the package is returned due to refusal to accept or collect delivery, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges are processed free of charge, but customers must cover the return shipping.
If the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
